Therapy Packages
Our experienced therapy team offer a wide range of treatments and care packages to suits every individual’s needs and expectations (see table below).
The therapy team provide a balanced approach to rehabilitation, focusing on the physical, psychological and operational challenges that amputees face, facilitating skills for life.
Occupational therapists, physiotherapists, counsellors, mentors and masseurs support the prosthetic and orthotic services.
Every new patient has an assessment with at least 2 clinicians to gain a good understanding of patient’s needs:
- Reviewing current abilities
- Discussing future goals to create a comprehensive therapy package for each individual
- Flexible therapy provided by weekly appointments or multiple therapy sessions a week, with the option of an intensive week of daily input being the best approach for some
- Early intervention to ensure a successful rehabilitation outcome
Our approach is independent, transparent and knowledgeable, offering the most appropriate and effective therapeutic treatment available. The aim of rehabilitation is to build layers of achievement on solid foundations. Our therapists understand that people need to function in the real world.
Rehabilitation goes beyond the clinic setting to teach real life skills – taking a walk in the park, going shopping, working, swimming, running – you name it and we will help you try it.

We look forward to working with you.
