He has extensive experience of providing expert witness services, receiving frequent instructions from claimants and defendants as well as joint instructions.

Recent activities: Toby has spent the last few years building the services provided by Pace Rehabilitation Ltd with his fellow directors. Their vision has been, and remains, a desire to create a truly multidisciplinary organisation with the key resources that the NHS can offer, but without the financial and organisational restrictions that weigh it down. He retains a clinical workload consisting mostly of trauma cases. In recent years he has set out to develop his understanding of the principles of bone anchored (“osseo-integrated”) prostheses and travelled extensively to learn about this concept which is only just starting to emerge in the UK.
Other: Toby is a regular contributor to educational events both within his own profession and other audiences with an interest in external limb prosthetics.
