Career: Jason graduated from the University Luton in 2006 with a BSc in Sports Therapy. As a Sports Therapist he provided sports rehabilitation, sports massage, fitness screening, injury prevention and personal training services. He worked in a variety of settings including gyms, injury rehabilitation clinics, semi-professional and professional football clubs. In 2009 Jason decided to further his education and retrain as a Physiotherapist.
Graduating with an MSc in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Brighton in 2011, Jason then worked at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, completing physiotherapy rotations in elective/trauma orthopaedics, musculoskeletal outpatients, medicine, surgical, ITU and neuro inpatients. In 2013 Jason was able to focus on working with amputees on a more permanent basis as the Vascular Specialist Physiotherapist at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, managing a split caseload of amputees and vascular surgery patients.
Following his time in Norwich Jason took up a position in the prosthetic limb centre at Royal Derby Hospital in 2015. In 2016 he moved into the lead Physiotherapist role at the Specialised Mobility Centre in Stoke. These positions allowed Jason to gain valuable prosthetic rehabilitation experience with a wide variety of adult and child amputees.
Jason started working at Pace Rehabilitation in January 2018.
