Pace offers highly personalised bespoke prosthetic services to clients nationwide.
The prosthetic team at Pace are highly experienced and, apart from the prosthetists, include a Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine as well as physiotherapists, counsellors and other health professionals.
Many of our clients are of working age and have suffered some form of trauma. There may be other injuries to take into consideration as well, complicating the situation. They are often not representative of the amputee population at large. Consequently, our prosthetic services are highly personalised. We focus on our client’s requirements, then source and deliver the services and products appropriate for them.
We are an independent organisation, but we do maintain strong links with leading equipment manufacturers to ensure we have early access to any technical developments, relevant training and service.
We also work with partners to provide specialised elements of the manufacturing process.
We maintain full control over the design and manufacturing of the device to ensure high, consistent quality.
All the prosthetists at Pace are registered with the Health Professions Council. See www.hpc-uk.org for further information.
